We’re huge fans of ChocZero and their line of sugar-free (and sugar-alcohol-free) chocolates. When we found out they were coming out with a hot cocoa mix, we were all over it! We’re happy to say we’ve made some amazing cups of cocoa and drank them outdoors, in the blistering heat of New York’s August. No regrets. It’s that good!


Loca Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookie

Hiking is one of our favorite activities in the summer and packing smart snacks is a must. Sure, you can go the route of jerky and pork rinds, but a good cookie here and there will mix it up! We love chocolate chip cookies and low carb ones are hard to find and even harder to make. Loca makes a great Chocolate Chip Cookie that’ll knock your socks off! We actually ate ours with a cup of ChocoNite’s hot cocoa and they totally complemented each other.


Tomer Kosher Beef Stick

This kosher beef stick reminds us of a milder, healthier version of those gas station Slim Jims we used to snack on. The texture, taste and subtle hints of cracked black pepper were really enjoyable. Our only critique? Add more salt! Meat without salt is sad meat. We always make sure to liberally salt our steaks and fish. Salt helps bring out the flavor and even creates a softer texture in meat as it breaks down some of the tougher fibers.


Sarayo Spicy Mayo

Praise Keto Krate for blessing us with more Sarayo! We absolutely adore this stuff. It’s an incredibly satisfying mix of tangy, creamy mayonnaise and hot sauce. We put this stuff on everything – Oopsie Roll sandwiches, into low carb wraps and we even dip our sushi into it (both homemade and take-out). There’s nothing this stuff can’t improve. And at less than 1 carb per tablespoon, we generally tend to overdo it. No complaints here!


Rawxies Smoked Paprika Crunch

Now here’s a seriously versatile snack – Rawxies Smoked Paprika Crunch. If you’re addicted to the crunch, Rawxies will be a lifesaver for you. Keto Carne Spicy Beef Jerky

Summer calls for hiking. Hiking calls for beef jerky. The two go hand-in-hand and you can’t do one without the other! Ok, maybe you can enjoy jerky pretty much anywhere you are, but it’s so much more fun in the wild! We took this Spicy beef Jerky to treat our friends on our last hike and the only complaints we heard were about the bag being too small! Need more jerky!
