Rhythm Super Foods Roasted Kale
You may have enjoyed dried seaweed snacks in similar packaging, so we think you’ll love this awesome package of roasted kale! We made kale chips in the past and enjoyed them immensely, but they go so quickly. It’s good to know Rhythm Super Foods can be found in many supermarkets in our area including Whole Foods, Kroger, Publix, Target and Costco. As we were eating these, we wished the company would start selling the seasoning in a little bottle… because it’s amazing!
Living Intentions Smokey BBQ Seeds
We like seeds and these seeds were great! The flavors were on point and once we opened the bag, we didn’t stop until it was finished. If you like crunchy, flavorful snacks, you’ll be satisfied with these. Unfortunately, we ate them too quickly, because we would have tried adding them to a salad or two!
Quest Waffle Protein Bar
Something new from Quest Nutrition is always groundbreaking in the low carb community. This time, Quest created a new type of breakfast bar that’s crunchy, creamy and has a brand new flavor – waffle! The new bar reminded us of a rice crispy treat but with a creamy glaze on top. We loved the new texture and low sugar content. Quest is rolling out with a new sweetener called allulose, which has 1/10th of the calories of sugar. It’s a sugar that doesn’t affect blood glucose. Allulose is not recognized by the body as a carbohydrate and is not metabolized as energy, so it has a negligible amount of calories. Sounds like a new sweetener to explore!
Adapt Your Life Grain Free Cereal
What an awesome addition to the Keto Krate family. A versatile, hot cereal mix for any recipe! Adapt Your Life has a grain-free cereal that’s low carb and high fat for the perfect keto meal. We’ve tried their Adapt Bars and Coffee Shots so we’re surprised to see they’ve got even more in store for us. Its main ingredients are whey protein, MCT oil powder and coconut flakes. We’re excited to make “oatmeal” from this great mix. They included 3 recipes you can make with the grain-free cereal including cookies, crepes and a cereal. You can make so much with this stuff!
Vermont Smoke & Cure Cracked Pepper Beef and Pork Stick
Although we enjoy our share of meat sticks from time-to-time, this one was a bit uninspiring in terms of flavor. The meat was not seasoned enough and the flavor could have been much more interesting. In general, we would prefer to see meat sticks like these less often to allow for more interesting and longer-lasting products.
Smart Bake Cinnamon Smart Cake
Finding new low carb baked goods is rare. So when they’re sent right to your door without any effort on your part, it almost feels unfair! Smart Bake makes these little cakes that are 0 net carbs each! That’s crazy! We got the cinnamon flavor in this month’s box and enjoyed it as we would any cake – with a steaming cup of tea. The cake was moist and flavorful with a yummy crunchy dusting of erythritol on top. The whole thing reminded us of a cinnamon bun. Thumbs up from us!
People’s Choice Beef Jerky
We love trying new flavors of beef jerky, and we especially love anything chili lime flavored. Nothing but good things to say about this jerky, another great choice from the guys at Keto Krate! We will definitely keep our eyes peeled for other People’s Choice flavors if we see them in stores.
Keto Krate’s service is unique and convenient because it saves tons of time on researching products and separately purchasing each one. The box comes right to your door once a month and has a lot of different low carb foods waiting to be discovered. You’re bound to fall in love with something new and delicious with each box.

Hi Vicky!! So excited and grateful to have found your site!! Thank you!! Quick question – I have tried ordering Anthony’s Organic Oat Fiber, but they are sold out! Is there another brand you would recommend. Also I couldn’t find their cocoa butter wafers on their website. I have contacted them but wanted to ask what I could use as a substitute for the cocoa butter wafers if I can’t find them. Thank you for your guidance. I can’t wait to make the recipes on your site!! With much appreciation, Jessica
Amazon’s got everything! If Anthony’s if sold out of their oat fiber, maybe Amazon still has some stock. Here’s another brand of cocoa butter I’ve tried. They’re not wafers, it comes in block form. It was quite good though!
Thank you for the kind words, Jessica! <3
