Good Dee’s Chocolate Snack Cake Mix

This month’s featured product is Good Dee’s baking mix. We’ve had the pleasure of trying her blondies twice now and have to say, they beat even our Blondies recipe! Her chocolate snack cake mix is a winner as well. We love that her baking mixes are maltitol-free, gluten-free, dairy-free as well as nut-free. The base is made from ground sunflower seeds as opposed to almond flour or coconut flour, which are very common allergens. The chocolate cake was rich, moist & very filling!

Protes Toasted Coconut Chips

Well, they can’t all be winners. Protes set out to create a low carb, vegan protein chip and, while they succeeded, they did so without adding any flavor or considering the texture. The only thing we tasted was a hint of sweetness which was quickly overpowered by the cardboard consistency. It took a few minutes for all the chip crumbs to disappear from our mouths, leaving us pretty displeased.

Bully Beef Stick

This bully beef stick was pretty solid all-around (we’ve become experts on jerky since we started receiving keto krates). It was quite flavorful, decently salted, and had a good thickness to it (unlike slim jims, for example). If I saw them in a store on a road trip or going hiking, I’d probably grab a few.

Guy’s Sugar-free BBQ Sauce

Another repeat product, back by popular demand, we’re sure. Guy’s sugar-free BBQ sauce is a lifesaver for all your cookout needs. Use this amazing sauce as a marinade, dipping sauce or finisher for your beef, chicken and pork dishes! We love its authentic flavor and its lack of sugar 😉

Legendary Buffalo Blue Wing Almonds

With virtually no carbs and much fewer calories than the real thing (buffalo wings), these fun almonds are a great snack when in the mood for the real thing but on a caloric deficit. They had a great buffalo sauce taste and made for a really tasty snack. We had a few keto friends over (the number of people we know who are on keto has been increasing lately!) and everyone who tried it enjoyed the almonds. If you like buffalo wings, you’ll definitely enjoy these!

Nush Banana Nut Cake

Nush is a popular sugar-free snack cake brand with lots of unique flavors. We’ve personally tried all of them, plus a few bonus flavors not yet available to the public! Spoiler: they’re awesome. Each cake is flavorful, moist and goes perfectly with a cup of tea. Keep them at work or throw them in your bag for school, a road trip or hike!

RawRev Glo Peanut Butter Bar

We’ve tried other RawRev Glo bars before and this one is a classic! It has a soft texture with a great peanut butter flavor. We always fight over who gets to finish it after sampling a new Keto Krate. Great to have on the go and also really good if you toast it a bit in a toaster oven.

Big John’s Beef Jerky

We cracked this one open during a small gathering at our house and every really loved this jerky! Juicy, tons of flavor, very well salted – this jerky had it all. I’m usually not very excited about jerky but this was definitely one of the best we’ve ever tried. I’m writing this now and realizing that I’ve made the grave mistake of not reordering more, which I’m now off to do.
