1 small yellow onion (diced)
2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream

Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease four 6-ounce ramekins.
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
