  1. Cook the beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  2. Stir in the celery, onion, and garlic and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until tender.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer on low for 20 minutes until it starts to thicken.
