Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ounce cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 large egg (whisked)
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Melt together the mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave on high for 1 minute then stir in the egg until well combined.
  3. Add the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Stir into a dough then pinch off pieces of the dough and roll them out to about 8 inches long.
  5. Form each piece of dough into a pretzel shape and place them on the baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan then bake for 16 to 18 minutes until browned.
