Refreshingly cool!

Here’s a quick tzatziki sauce recipe for a refreshingly cool Greek yogurt sauce. Pairs perfectly with any Greek dish including chicken souvlaki, lamb stew, kebabs or manti! It’s really simple to make! It’s one of our favorite and quickest sauces to make and we pretty much eat it with any meat dish. It’s especially great with spicy foods as the cooling cucumber and Greek yogurt calm your mouth down when it’s on fire! You can alter the recipe if you wish to include more garlic, but to keep it nice and refreshing, try one at a time and work your way up to more.

Instructions
  1. Peel and grate one cucumber into a mixing bowl.
    Grate your cucumber
  2. Add a cup of plain Greek yogurt. Squeeze some garlic and add the rest of the ingredients.
    Add everything!
  3. Mix it up really well and garnish with some parsley. Enjoy!
