A Sundae on a Sunday!
What’s better than an ice cream sundae? A low carb ice cream sundae! Complete with homemade low carb Nutella, fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
The ice cream we used was Breyer’s Carb Smart, which has only 4g of carbs in a scoop! You could also use your own favorite sugar-free ice cream brand like Enlightened, Halo Top, or whatever you’ve got on hand. Just two scoops of vanilla ice cream, some of our homemade and keto-friendly Nutella, a few sliced strawberries and lots of whipped cream is all you need for a blissful Sunday afternoon. We estimate the total carb count for this sundae is about 10 grams.
