Caramel and chocolate! They’re a classic flavor combination and work beautifully when ooey, gooey, melted, and flowing.

They work even better when both are sugar-free and flourless! We set out to make a delicious and soft lava cake you can enjoy even when watching your carb intake. The results were great! Lava flowed, mouths watered and taste buds were satisfied.

We were lucky enough to collaborate with Carolyn @ AllDayIDreamAboutFood! If you haven’t visited her blog, where have you been?!
