Sausage Vegetable Kebabs with Easy Garlic Aioli
1 pound fully cooked kielbasa-style sausage, cut into chunks
1 medium zucchini (cut into chunks)
1 medium yellow onion (quartered)
1 medium red onion (cut into chunks)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp sweet paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 pinch black pepper

Thread the sausage and vegetables onto 4 skewers.
Grill until the sausage is browned and the veggies are tender, about 10-15 minutes, flipping as needed.
