Sausage Vegetable Kebabs with Easy Garlic Aioli

Ingredients
  • 1 pound fully cooked kielbasa-style sausage, cut into chunks
  • 1 medium zucchini (cut into chunks)
  • 1 medium yellow onion (quartered)
  • 1 medium red onion (cut into chunks)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
  1. Thread the sausage and vegetables onto 4 skewers.
  2. Grill until the sausage is browned and the veggies are tender, about 10-15 minutes, flipping as needed.
  3. Make the aioli by whisking together the mayo, mustard, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder and black pepper.
  4. Serve the kebabs with the aioli for dipping.
