Adapt Your Life: Adapt Bar

We wouldn’t call this so much a bar as we would a fat bomb on crack. It was AMAZING! Think of it as the consistency of peanut butter in a convenient, portable packet. The ingredients included things like macadamia nuts, coconut, cashew, coconut oil, whey protein and more. We got hints of nuts and coconut – a very pleasant combo. The Adapt Bar is mostly fat and super keto friendly. We think we just might try making one of our own at home soon!

Rawxies Crunch: Chili Lime

Rawxies makes these awesome crackers/bites from primarily seeds (organic sunflower, sesame, pumpkin and chia) and then adds some amazing flavors. We got the lime and chipotle variation which was quite interesting to see in a snack. We love chipotle lime and think it’s great the combo is making onto store shelves. These snacks are great on their own and will last you a few days as they’re quite filling. A great addition to your snack collection!

The Gilded Nut: Mediterranean Herb Pistachios

The Gilded Nut makes a comeback! We enjoyed these pistachios in a January’s Keto Krate so it was great to see them again in a different flavor. If you like basil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, then you’ll enjoy munching on this keto snack.

Sweetwood Cattle Co. Fatty Stick

The meat stick has a natural hickory smoked flavor and is made from a mix of beef and pork. It’s a nice on-the-go snack to have but make sure you have more than 1 because they go quick and you’ll be left wanting more! The ingredients are way better than any gas station beef stick snack you could find and the flavor can’t be beat.

Aunt Lizzie’s Low Carb Cheese Bites

Low carb cheese crackers you can eat with any kind of dip or cold cut? Good enough to even eat on their own? Sign us up! These crunchy, cheesy bites were really great to munch on in the car on the way to a lake house weekend. Once we got there, we broke out all our dips and sauces and ended up finishing the entire bag. We’re ready to buy more!

Superseedz: Curious Curry Pumpkin Seeds

Though we’re not the biggest fans of curry, these Curious Curry Pumpkin Seeds surprised us with their flavor. We had a few friends over when we opened them and we all couldn’t resist grabbing handfuls. This is probably our favorite out of June’s Keto Krate! We’ll be ordering more from Superseedz very soon, maybe in all their flavors!

Keto Shake by Keto Bars

Keto Bars was one of our favorite snacks in our first Keto Krate. We loved their chocolate coconut bar so we whipped up their Vanilla Cinnamon Keto Shake right away. We blended it up with some unsweetened vanilla almond milk to keep it simple and enjoyed the flavors! The packet said you can mix it with hot water too which could make an awesome shake for the winter months.

Nick’s Sticks Turkey Stick

We’ve never had a jerky stick made from turkey so this was definitely fun to to try. Keto Krate makes sure to provide a good assortment of snacks! Nick’s Sticks Turkey Stick was softer and easier to chew than a beef jerky stick and the flavor was much milder. We really enjoyed the difference in textures and flavors. This would make an awesome midday snack with a few nuts!
