Low Carb Snacks To Your Home!
Keto Krate is one of the best tools you can have on a low carb diet! They expertly curate and send full-sized, low carb products to your doorstep every month. Each Keto Krate is full of brands, both new and well-known. The products can range from sweet to savory and are always less than 5 grams of net carbs! Best of all, they require their featured products to be maltitol-free (the harshest of the zero-carb sugar alcohols).

But first, take a look at July’s box and its yummy contents!
Fat Snax Peanut Butter Cookies
One of our most popular recipes here on Tasteaholics is our low carb peanut butter cookies. Now, you don’t have to preheat the oven to enjoy delicious, low carb & sugar-free cookies – you can just enjoy Fat Snax’s Peanut Butter Cookies! These cookies were soft, chewy and had just a hint of sweetness, although were a little dry. We scarfed them down with some tea but they’d go great with a glass of almond milk too!
We love it when the guys at Keto Krate include a drink in the box. We stick it right in the fridge to enjoy later. And enjoy we did! This drink totally reminded us of Vitamin Water, except without the boatload of sugar that comes with it and a ton of exogenous ketones. The flavor we got was Strawberry Lemonade and it went great as an afternoon boost before the gym. Vicky gulped it down and was pretty disappointed when it was done.
Carrot Cake Almond Butter
We don’t know why more flavors of nut butter don’t exist, especially ones so good! As soon as we ripped open the inner seal, we got a whiff of the cinnamon and carrot scent that’s so perfectly in balance with the almond butter and coconut flavors. We can’t imagine eating this with anything but a spoon since the flavor is so unreal! It’s like a melted, condensed, gooey carrot cake!
Front Porch Pecans – Habanero BBQ
Nuts are great. On a ketogenic diet, they provide a quick, no prep necessary snack you can take with you anywhere you go. But throw some unique seasonings and toast them up and you get a totally different experience. These habanero BBQ pecans were good enough on their own but also elevated any recipe we three them into. Our salads suddenly got a kick of flavor we weren’t expecting. We munched on them hungrily in the movie theaters too! We love this flavor!
Amarok Steak Strips – Jalapeno
This steak strip was peppered well, however it lacks a little in flavor and salt. The taste falls a bit flat and doesn’t follow through. The information on the packaging is interesting. The flavor is called “Spirit Fire (Jalapeno)” and mentions a website URL: areyousuperpowered.com. It’s a superhero-themed site promoting their grass-fed and native whey contents of the steak strips, a fun spin on marketing this kind of product.
Quest Cereal Protein Bar – Chocolate Flavor
Quest Nutrition’s new type of protein bar comes in 3 different flavors (at least for now) and this month we got a second one to sample. To be totally honest, after trying this new breakfast bar in last month’s Keto Krate, we went out and found some more flavors and tried all 3. So we were excited to see the chocolate flavor in this month’s box that we could enjoy again! You’ll love the texture of this bar, very unlike the traditional Quest bar texture we’re used to. We loved the traditional and we’re loving the new! Like we said last month, it totally feels like a rice crispies treat!
Keto Brownie – Chocolate Almond Crunch
This protein bar is anything but boring! Super dense, super chocolatey, we were chowing down on this snack happily with some hot cocoa. Too much chocolate? Not possible. We love that this bar has no sugar alcohols in it and is sweetened with a keto- and paleo-friendly fiber syrup, giving it just the right amount of sweetness without overpowering the deep flavor of chocolate. This quick snack will run you only 4 net carbs! Perfect.
Pizoots – Bay Spice
Peanuts can be extraordinary when treated with the right preparation. Pizoots really knows their peanuts! We experiment with different flavors and spices to get snacks that are really fantastic. You just gotta try these for yourself and reimagine the modest peanut for what it could be!
Oi Mario Pork Snack Stick – Garlic & Fennel
This pork stick is juicy with a super flavorful, almost vinegary kick. We enjoyed this one a lot more than most other pork sticks. The only issue was in opening the packaging! It took a few attempts with the hands, then the teeth and then a pair of scissors. If you like jerky-style sticks, you’ll really enjoy this one!
Keto Krate’s service is unique and convenient because it saves tons of time on researching products and separately purchasing each one. The box comes right to your door once a month and has a lot of different low carb foods waiting to be discovered. You’re bound to fall in love with something new and delicious with each box.
