- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound beef sirloin (sliced thin)
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 small red pepper (sliced)
- 1 small yellow onion (sliced)
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef, garlic, and ginger then stir-fry until the beef is just browned, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper then remove it to a bowl.
- Reheat the skillet and add the peppers and onions.
- Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until the onions are translucent then add the mushrooms.
- Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until browned.
- Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce then toss in the cooked beef mixture.
- Cook until heated through then serve as desired.
