How many times have you used the excuse, “I just don’t have enough time” when it comes to eating healthy and making better choices? The truth is, there are a TON of simple recipes that can be cooked up in under 30 minutes. Steak stir fry happens to be one of them! This amazing recipe is not only low carb, gluten-free and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, but it only takes 25 minutes to cook from start to finish. That is less time than it takes to order a pizza and wait on it to be delivered! Clearly, this steak stir fry is the better option, especially if you are on a keto diet (no take out pizza for you- sorry!).
So let’s talk about the amazing flavors found in this recipe. The onion, peppers, and soy sauce are an incredible addition to the perfectly seasoned steak pieces. It makes for a great, Asian style dish that is better than any take out options out there. Not to mention, the mushrooms bring a little earthy blend that ties it all together. Your taste buds will not be disappointed with this concoction! If you are all about tasty dishes that don’t require a ton of effort then steak stir fry is a must-try.
