  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8-inch round baking tin with coconut oil.
  2. Beat the butter and granulated erythritol on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves then blend smooth.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time then beat in the vanilla and almond extracts.
  5. Whisk in the almond flour until it forms a smooth batter then fold in the nuts and fruit.
  6. Spread the mixture in the prepared baking pan and bake for 20 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan then turn out onto a cooling rack and dust with powdered erythritol.
