Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 4 1/2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 3 hardboiled eggs (peeled and sliced)
  • 3 ounces sliced turkey (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved or quartered)
  • 3 ounces cheddar cheese (cut into cubes)
Instructions
  1. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, and onion powder in a small bowl.
  2. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons buttermilk to thin and stir smooth.
  3. Divide the romaine lettuce among three salad bowls.
  4. Top with hardboiled eggs, chopped turkey, cherry tomatoes, and cheese cubes.
  5. Drizzle each with 2 tablespoons dressing to serve.
