Feta & Pesto Omelette

Melt a tablespoon of butter in a pan and let the pan heat up.
Beat your eggs in a bowl with a tablespoon of heavy cream. This will make your omelette fluffy!
Pour your eggs into the hot pan and let them cook them until they’re almost done.
Sprinkle some feta cheese onto half the omelette, as well as spread a tablespoon of pesto onto the same half.
Fold the omelette over onto itself and cook for another 4-5 minutes so that the feta cheese melts and the eggs cook thoroughly.
To serve, garnish with more feta on top and some fresh basil if you’ve got some. This omelette also pairs well with some fresh tomatoes! Enjoy!
