Ingredients
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cooked, chopped bacon
  • 2 hard boiled eggs (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Set up a steamer basket in a large pot of water and bring the water to a boil. Steam the cauliflower in the steamer for 5 minutes so the cauliflower is tender. Drain and then place in the fridge to cool.
  2. Once the cauliflower has cooled, place it in a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients to the bowl. Toss everything together well, coating the broccoli in the mayo mix.
  3. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
