Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl except for 1 tbsp of the melted butter.
  2. Whisk together well
  3. Pour the batter into a lightly greased, microwave safe mug.
  4. Place in the microwave for 90 seconds.
  5. Remove the mug from the microwave and drizzle with the remaining melted butter. You can also remove the bread from the mug, slice and then cover with the remaining butter.
  6. Enjoy while warm!
