Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cook sausage links on an oiled pan or a grill until they’re just almost done. Take them off the heat and let them cool until you can handle them.
Cut a slit in the middle until the dogs are butterflied. The deeper you cut, the more cheese you can fit!
Take 2 slices of cheese and place them into the middle of each dog. If you’re having trouble fitting the second slice, cut another slit!
Wrap each dog tightly in bacon. Secure with wet toothpicks to make sure the bacon doesn’t shrivel and open up the dog.
Sprinkle with your spices and bake until the bacon is crispy (about 15-20 minutes). We like to flip halfway through.
Enjoy with salsa or hot sauce at your next BBQ!
