  1. Whisk together the coconut aminos, rice wine vinegar, sweetener, and sesame oil in a medium bowl.
  2. Toss in the beef then cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
  3. Remove the beef from the fridge and thread onto skewers while the grill preheats.
  4. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side until done to your liking.
  5. Meanwhile, simmer the remaining marinade in a small saucepan until hot.
  6. Place the kebabs on a plate and drizzle with the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions to serve.
