Peanut Butter & Chocolate!

What’s better than peanut butter? Dunking it in melted chocolate. Oh yeah.

These no-bake chocolate peanut butter truffles are simple to make and completely irresistible. They’re made with only 4 ingredients! Need we say more? Each one is like a serving of your favorite peanut butter but sweeter and more chocolatey. Not to mention the hard outer shell of these peanut butter truffles adds some great texture to the creamy, cool peanut butter within!

We used our trusty Lily’s Chocolate Chips, which are sugar-free and sweetened with a mixture of erythritol and stevia. They melt easily and once cool, give the truffles that crunch we were looking for. As for peanut butter, we used Skippy Natural Peanut Butter, but if you’ve got one that’s even more natural, feel free to use that! The best peanut butter should have up to 2 ingredients: peanuts and salt. It’s that simple.

And of course, feel free to add anything else you like! Shredded coconut, for example, is always great on truffles.
