Ingredients
Sugar-Free Version
  • 1 bag Thai tea
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 6-8 ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 8 drops liquid stevia
Authentic Version
  • 1 bag Thai tea
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop Enlightened Salted Caramel Ice Cream
  • 4 drops liquid stevia
Instructions
Easy & Sugar-Free Version
  1. To make the Easy & Sugar-Free Version, steep a bag of Thai tea in 1/2 a cup of boiled water for about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bag and pour the steeped tea into a serving glass with 6-8 ice cubes.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and add liquid stevia to taste. Stir to combine everything and enjoy!
Easy & Authentic Version
  1. To make the More Authentic Version, steep a bag of Thai tea in 1/2 a cup of boiled water for about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Place a scoop of Enlightened Salted Caramel Ice Cream into a serving glass. (You can also use a homemade, sugar free condensed milk recipe in place of the ice cream).
  3. Remove the tea bag and pour the steeped tea into the serving glass and stir to melt the ice cream.
  4. Add about 4 ice cubes and liquid stevia to taste. Stir and enjoy!
