Smoked Salmon Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper then beat smooth.
  3. Stir in the smoked salmon then spoon into a bowl.
  4. Chill until ready to serve and serve with sliced veggies for dipping.
