Ingredients
  • 1 pound shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeno
  • 1/2 cup keto wing sauce (Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce works great)
  • 1/4 cup Low Carb ranch dressing (Primal Kitchen Ranch is perfect)
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 8×8 square baking pan with cooking spray
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheeses, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and jalapeno. Mix well.
  3. Add the keto wing sauce and low carb ranch dressing and stir.
  4. Pour the mix into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly inside the dish.
  5. Bake the mix for 20 minutes or until the top has browned and the edges are bubbly.
  6. Serve with your favorite keto chips and crackers and enjoy while warm!
