Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 250 degrees F and like a sheet tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the almond flour, granular erythritol, egg white and almond extract together in a large bowl. This will make a very thick dough.
  3. Roll the dough into small, 1 inch balls using your hands. Place the balls on the prepared cookie sheet about 1 inch apart.
  4. Bake the cookies for about 55-60 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Dip the cookies into the powdered erythritol and then cool completely.
