Beef and Broccoli Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients

cup
beef broth
1/2
cup
soy sauce
1
tablespoon
sesame oil

So Nourished powdered erythritol sweetener

minced garlic

teaspoons
fresh grated ginger

pound
beef flank steak
cut into cubes

chopped broccoli florets

tablespoons
olive oil
1/4 to 1/2

red pepper flakes

medium head cauliflower
pulsed into rice-like grains
salt
to taste
Instructions
Turn the slow cooker on to low heat while you prepare the ingredients.
Whisk together the beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil,
erythritol
, garlic, and ginger in a bowl then pour into the slow cooker.
Toss the beef with the salt and red pepper flakes then add to the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low heat for 5 to 6 hours.
Stir the ingredients in the slow cooker then add the broccoli on top.
Cook for another hour on low heat or until the veggies are done to your liking.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the cauliflower rice.
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring often, until tender then spoon into bowls.
Top the cauliflower rice with the beef and broccoli then serve hot.
